We're so proud of you and your great work serving our members.
If you'd like to read some haikus lovingly prepared for them by our Membership Director Cat Field, click "Read More."
We're so proud of our kupuna members, Gordon and Sandy Young who are featured on Hawaii News Now because of their compassionate work - singing in care homes on island.
Watch the touching feature on them at the Hawaii News Now website.
Do you know any other members who are doing inspiring work? Let us know by visiting the Welcome Center or sharing with us online! We'd love to celebrate them.
Last July we were blessed to have three interns from Michigan State University: Grace, Monica and Brooke.
You may not have seen them much as they visited most of the Y's on island and worked with our Metro head office, but it was definitely a delight to have them!
In return, they share what they find memorable about the YMCA of Honolulu. Click "READ MORE" to see what they had to say.
It's hard to find words to describe just how awesome our Summer Day Camp was... and so we'll just try to say it in a video!
Thank you so much to all our parents and all our children. We cherish all the memories ?
In the constant goal to support Healthy Living, we at the Kaimuki YMCA are currently in the process of gathering enough participants to be able to begin our branch YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program (Y-DPP).
What is the Y-DPP? Are you eligible to join the program? To learn more, read, download and, share the FAQ sheet below.
We'll be updating this page as we go along.
